Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Soft Sales Care Specialist who is already living in Greece. This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with our Dutch-speaking clients and providing them with exceptional care and support.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, providing detailed information about our products and services, and employing a soft sales approach to guide clients toward making informed purchasing decisions. Your strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset will enhance client satisfaction and contribute positively to our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Deliver comprehensive product information and support to assist clients
• Utilize a soft sales approach to encourage client engagement and purchase decisions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather helpful feedback
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to further enhance customer experience
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and soft sales techniques

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• In possession of AMKA and AFM
• Experience in customer service or soft sales preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored advice
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
