We are seeking a skilled GBS Project Manager to lead complex global programs and projects across diverse enterprise environments. In this role, you will provide strategic project management leadership, guiding teams to deliver on high-profile initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and business outcomes. You will manage project planning, resources, risk, and communications, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success. This position requires adaptability, analytical problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate multi-country projects and cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring experience in project management methodologies, global operations, and technology-driven business solutions, coupled with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

Accountabilities:

·        Lead and oversee complex global projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

·        Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones while monitoring progress, risks, and resource allocation.

·        Direct and motivate project teams to achieve goals, maintaining compliance with standards and procedures.

·        Manage project communications and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

·        Apply project management principles to solve problems, identify efficiencies, and improve processes.

·        Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and record-keeping for all project phases.

·        Mentor and support junior project managers and operational teams in project and process management best practices.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline.

·        Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma).

·        5+ years of experience in global project management, people and resource management, and complex program delivery.

·        Background in solutions integration, software development, IT operations, managed services, or business process management.

·        Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.

·        Experience managing multi-country programs and collaborating with senior executives and clients.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with adaptability to shifting priorities.

·        Excellent communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills; ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
