We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web App Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications that deliver exceptional business value. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, ensuring responsive, user-friendly interfaces and efficient server-side logic. Accountabilities:

·         Lead the development, testing, and deployment of innovative web solutions across the full stack.

·         Design and implement technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into business processes.

·         Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, architectural planning, and decision-making.

·         Develop high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern technologies.

·         Build and maintain back-end infrastructure, including databases, APIs, and server-side logic.

·         Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

·         Apply best practices in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Development (CD), and deployment processes.

·         Operate within an Agile Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), delivering rapid business value.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web development using React or Angular and .NET Core for both front-end and back-end.

·         Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, MVC, Web Services, SSIS, SSRS, and multi-threading/async programming.

·         Solid knowledge of .NET web framework, Microsoft SQL, IIS, and relational database design concepts.

·         Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and relevant tools/frameworks.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
