Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features for decentralized applications.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and long-term platform scalability.
• Translate requirements from product managers and researchers into actionable technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, participate in design sessions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software issues to maintain reliability and performance.
• Support end-to-end product development, ensuring production-ready deliverables aligned with user needs.

• 1–2 years of experience building products in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages.
• Proven ability to develop end-to-end, production-ready user-centric products.
• Experience with React, Solidity, Rust, or other relevant technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, dApps, or on-chain interactions.
• Experience handling financial or data-heavy applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelining, ETL, or related workflows is advantageous.
