This role offers the opportunity to be a core contributor in developing a sophisticated suite of software products that analyze and optimize data at scale. You will work across the full stack, designing and implementing front-end user interfaces as well as back-end services and data pipelines. The position emphasizes building efficient, scalable, and high-performance solutions while maintaining clean, testable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, improve processes, and deliver innovative features that enhance customer experience. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your contributions directly influence product quality and business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing UI components and server-side services.
  • Ensure optimal performance of databases and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  • Design high-quality, scalable applications, focusing on efficiency and security.
  • Implement data protection measures, storage solutions, and security protocols.
  • Run diagnostics, troubleshoot defects, and provide technical support.
  • Document processes, database schemas, and prepare technical reports.
  • Recommend and implement process and technology improvements.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve products and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Full stack engineering experience including front-end frameworks (React/Redux/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript, GraphQL).
  • Strong SQL skills for designing, querying, optimizing, and maintaining relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience with data pipelines, workflow automation, orchestration tools, and monitoring.
  • Ability to clean, transform, and aggregate data using SQL or scripting languages.
  • Strong testing practices, quality focus, and automation skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in agile team settings and taking ownership from planning to execution.
  • Bonus: familiarity with CQRS, Domain Driven Design, C4 modeling, retail/ecommerce environments, AI coding agents, or observability tools like Grafana, Coralogix, or New Relic.
