Full stack Engineer (Remote - Europe)

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts thousands of users in the DeFi ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to take ideas from concept through design, development, and launch. The role demands versatility, creativity, and a product-oriented mindset, with opportunities to influence both frontend and backend systems. You will integrate with leading Solana protocols, help build innovative financial solutions, and contribute to a culture of high ownership, collaboration, and experimentation. This is a hands-on role where learning, adapting, and shipping fast are key, and where your contributions are highly visible and valued.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize new DeFi primitives, vault strategies, staking solutions, and other innovative features.
• Develop and ship end-to-end features, handling both frontend and backend responsibilities, deploying to production, and monitoring performance.
• Maintain and improve code quality through active coding, peer code reviews, and strong testing standards.
• Integrate with ecosystem partners and leading Solana protocols, testing new features and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Translate complex technical concepts for different audiences and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion while adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

• Proficiency across full stack development, including frontend and backend, with experience in Rust and TypeScript.

• Nice to have: 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience or relevant DeFi experience, familiarity with Solana frameworks (Anchor, React), and prior contributions to open-source or DeFi projects.
