Full-stack Engineer

Alabama Solutions is looking for a Ssr. or Sr. full-stack Engineer to support a key account at its international business unit (HNDevs). The Ssr. full-stack engineer will make full-stack contributions to a number of projects.

This is a contractor (1099) full-time position, and we do not accept C2C candidates. The position is open for Uruguay and Argentina (preferably but not exclusively to Buenos Aires and the Montevideo Area). 

Our client’s projects typically involve building using React/Typescript on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS/Typescript on the backend. Often facing challenges involving working with various APIs and LLMs.

Candidate is expected to be savvy at agentic coding as a way to amplify and enhance our productivity (non-negotiable requirement). Conversational ability in English is a must (B2 and above) as well as native level Spanish. 

Must Have:

• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience. 
• Conversational English Lvl. (B2 and above).
• Native-level Spanish. 
• Two (2) or more years of experience working with Typescript + Node.js on the backend. 
• Two (2) or more years of experience working with Typescript + React on the frontend.
• Solid experience working with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or others. 
• Experience working in a 100% remote setting. 
• One to Two (1-2) years or more of experience working with a US/Canada/UK-based startup.
• Some experience working with React. 
• Team player mentality and well-developed soft skills. 

Nice to Have: 

• Four (4) or more years of relevant experience. 
• One (1) year or more of experience working with React. 
• Experience with developing well-structured APIs, Typescript, and/or NestJS.
• Experience working with LLMs.
