We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Golang for backend development and React/Next.js for frontend implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. This role requires proficiency across the stack, from API development and data management to building polished, responsive user interfaces. You will work in a dynamic, remote-first environment with flexible collaboration and an emphasis on high-quality software, efficient deployment, and modern cloud infrastructure. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences are key to success in this position.

Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

·         Build production-grade, responsive frontends with React.js and Next.js.

·         Implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend-backend systems, managing state with tools like Redux.

·         Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

·         Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional, accessible components.

·         Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and pixel-perfect UI implementation.

·         Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases and manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across the full stack.

·         5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend-heavy development.

·         Proven expertise in Golang for backend services.

·         5+ years of experience building applications with React.js and Next.js.

·         Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

·         Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.

·         Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.

·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Nice to have: experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, microservices, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure), or contributions to open-source projects.
