Frontend Developer / React (Remote from EU)

As a Frontend Developer, you will contribute to a large-scale European digital transformation initiative, building next-generation solutions that connect airports, airlines, and air traffic systems across the continent. You will design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and modular, maintainable code. Working in a collaborative, Agile environment, you will take ownership of your features from conception to deployment, mentor junior developers, and help shape the architecture of cutting-edge web platforms. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop scalable front-end applications using TypeScript, React, and React Query.
• Create reusable UI components with React Hook Form and Ant Design.
• Contribute to microfrontend architecture for modular, maintainable applications.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling, lazy loading, and code-splitting.
• Integrate front-end solutions with back-end services, using modern build tools like Vite.
• Maintain component libraries with Storybook and ensure high code quality via unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience with TypeScript, React, and React Query.
• Strong skills in React Hook Form and Ant Design for UI component development.
• Experience designing and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Proficiency with Vite and familiarity with Webpack is a plus.
• Knowledge of Storybook, ESLint, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Git (preferably Bitbucket) and collaborative version control workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud integration.
