This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Franchise Program Manager in the United States.
This role is responsible for driving the growth and performance of franchise and channel partnerships across multiple sectors. The Franchise Program Manager will oversee the full partner lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to ongoing performance management and revenue optimization. This position requires strategic thinking to develop multi-year business plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to partners, creating long-term relationships and integrating multiple product and service lines into franchise solutions. This remote role offers the opportunity to impact national market expansion while working closely with executive leadership and partner sales teams. Travel is required to support partner engagement, events, and industry initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Acquire and onboard new referral and reseller partners, supporting sales teams to accelerate sign-ups.
- Manage business relationships and sales pipelines, ensuring governance and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain business case financial models and performance metrics for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and executives to design multi-year business plans and commercial strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and P&L results from strategic channel partners.
- Identify sales support requirements, coordinate solution demand, and implement strategic growth plans.
- Engage with partners at the executive level and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Deliver presentations, host partner events, and implement initiatives that increase partner value and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing relationships and selling integrated product/service solutions to enterprise accounts, preferably in the retail or banking sectors.
- 3+ years of experience selling and managing premium products or services.
- 8+ years in complex, enterprise solutions sales with proven success in revenue growth.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team responsible for sales and partner programs.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic partner operations, financial drivers, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
