In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing architectural floor plans and producing precise material takeoffs and cost estimates. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, solid estimating skills, and experience in construction or design-related fields.

-Read and analyze floor plans, blueprints, and drawings

-Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

-Utilize Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend to document and manage estimates

-Coordinate with project managers or clients to clarify details and ensure accuracy
