Floor Estimator

Job Description:

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled Floor Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing takeoffs from drawing plans, specifically for flooring projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with the Planswift software.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform detailed takeoffs from drawing plans for flooring projects.

-Utilize Planswift to ensure accurate measurements and estimates.

-Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide precise estimates.

-Collaborate with the team to ensure all estimates are completed on time and meet client specifications.

-Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

-Proven experience as a Floor Estimator, with a strong background in flooring estimates.

-Proficiency in using Planswift software for takeoffs and estimates.

-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

-Strong communication skills in English.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
