Fire Sprinkler Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience and expertise in analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans. The role involves estimating fire sprinkler systems accurately and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans for fire sprinkler design and estimation.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Utilize specialized software and tools to create and maintain project estimates.
• Generate and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Experience in fire sprinkler system estimation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
