eBay Product Mapping & Categorization Specialist

Remote VA is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented eBay Product Mapping & Categorization Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for mapping products accurately to eBay’s catalog and assigning them to the correct categories to improve visibility, search relevance, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map products to eBay’s catalog using product identifiers (UPC, EAN, MPN, or SKU).
• Accurately categorize products within eBay’s category structure to maximize search visibility.
• Optimize product data to meet eBay’s listing requirements and improve listing quality.
• Conduct regular audits of existing listings to ensure correct mapping and categorization.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to maintain accurate product information.
• Identify and resolve mismatches or errors in product mapping or categorization.
• Stay updated with eBay’s category and catalog updates to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with eBay Seller Hub or eBay listing tools (e.g., Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, InkFrog).
• Strong understanding of eBay’s category structure and product listing guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and product optimization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
