Digital Marketing Specialist - Klaviyo and Shopify

Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Eastern Standard Time

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to support our client’s online business operations. This role will involve creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing engaging content, and assisting with e-commerce website management on Shopify. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, basic coding knowledge, and experience with digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create email ads in Klaviyo to engage customers and drive sales.
• Plan, schedule, and send out targeted email campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and growing brand presence.
• Create compelling graphics and marketing assets for email, social media, and the website.
• Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Perform basic website coding and updates to manage the backend of the Shopify store.
• Track performance of campaigns and social media efforts, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website editing.
• Experience managing Shopify websites.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
