We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Specialist to join a remote-first team supporting Revenue Operations and Marketing initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and governance across multiple systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, while contributing to cross-functional projects and process improvements. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality data workflows, developing policies, and creating dashboards to monitor performance and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment, exercises independent judgment, and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive business insights. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other data systems.
- Support marketing operations through list management, ticket resolution, and timely responses to ensure campaign integrity.
- Contribute to the stability and efficiency of the internal data support ticket queue during high-volume periods.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve data issues affecting reporting, forecasting, and operational decisions.
- Develop and implement standardized data policies, documentation, and training materials across teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into data performance and governance metrics.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives, including data migration, system integration, and process improvement projects.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data quality, hygiene, and governance best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Data Governance, or Business Systems roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including CRM data models and workflows.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and make decisions that impact data strategy and business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
- Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
