You will be responsible for automating analytical workflows, building scalable data processes, and creating compelling ROI narratives that influence purchasing decisions. The position blends data science expertise with customer interaction, allowing you to impact product intelligence, enhance sales strategies, and support data-driven growth initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern data stack tools, cloud platforms, and visualization frameworks to deliver high-quality insights at scale. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel for team workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities

• Analyze customer evaluation data to generate clear, actionable insights that demonstrate solution value to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain standardized ROI frameworks to quantify business impact across different customer profiles.
• Automate reporting processes and build templated analyses adaptable for various industries and customer segments.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable, repeatable analytical workflows.
• Aggregate insights across customer evaluations to identify market trends, benchmarking opportunities, and product enhancement needs.
• Contribute to feedback loops that channel insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into business processes.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in customer-facing analytics, process automation, or sales engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical analyses into compelling business narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with initiative and ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, financial services, or presenting technical findings to clients during sales processes.
