Accountabilities

  • Analyze customer evaluation data to generate clear, actionable insights that demonstrate solution value to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain standardized ROI frameworks to quantify business impact across different customer profiles.
  • Automate reporting processes and build templated analyses adaptable for various industries and customer segments.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable, repeatable analytical workflows.
  • Aggregate insights across customer evaluations to identify market trends, benchmarking opportunities, and product enhancement needs.
  • Contribute to feedback loops that channel insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into business processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, preferably in customer-facing analytics, process automation, or sales engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and statistical analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
  • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical analyses into compelling business narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with initiative and ownership mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in identity verification, fraud detection, financial services, or presenting technical findings to clients during sales processes.
