This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer experience (CX) data analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to analyze key CX metrics, map customer journeys, and build dashboards that drive data-informed decisions. The role provides exposure to advanced analytics tools, AI technologies, and multilingual customer engagement strategies. Interns will collaborate across departments, support strategic initiatives, and develop practical skills in behavioral analytics, data visualization, and cross-functional teamwork. This position is ideal for students seeking to build a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and CX insights.

Accountabilities:

  • Track, visualize, and interpret key CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, OSAT, CES, CLTV, churn rates, adoption curves, and renewal trends.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to design behavioral tracking mechanisms supporting continuous improvement.
  • Map and analyze customer touchpoints to identify friction points and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports to provide visibility into CX performance.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather frontline insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Support exploratory projects leveraging AI to automate insights and improve customer engagement.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing the experience for multilingual customers.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, customer experience, and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with survey design, journey mapping methodology, and SaaS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and other advanced data tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Nice-to-have: previous internship experience, exposure to AI tools, or experience with data visualization platforms.
