This role provides the opportunity to lead the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions for retail and consumer products organizations. You will partner with clients and internal technical teams to ensure that innovative technology platforms are effectively deployed, delivering measurable business value and optimized store operations. This position combines leadership, solution design, project management, and analytics expertise to translate client needs into actionable product specifications. You will guide implementation projects, train AI models, and oversee performance monitoring, while acting as the primary customer-facing liaison. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at solving complex problems, and delivers solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role also requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to evaluate ROI and business impact for clients.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the implementation and project management of AI-driven technology platforms across retail, brand, and partner organizations.
  • Ensure solution stability by evaluating system performance and monitoring key system indices.
  • Oversee AI training and model management, validating data to ensure expected outcomes.
  • Act as the primary customer-facing contact, delivering consultancy and guidance on system usage and value maximization.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate customer business requirements into solution design and development specifications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, driving key technology decisions to completion.
  • Evaluate solution value, ROI, and sales impact, communicating results to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, SaaS platform, or technology implementation.
  • Skilled in developing solution design and requirements for technology implementation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with ownership of deliverables through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience or knowledge in retail and consumer packaged goods is a plus.
