Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups via phone, email, and chat
• Convert leads into confirmed tutorial appointments through persuasive and empathetic communication
• Understand and articulate our tutoring services to match client needs
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM tools
• Collaborate with the scheduling and instructional teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (1–2 years preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
