This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the successful execution and operational implementation of client programs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The CPS Project Manager will oversee complex program implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams spanning pharmacy operations, patient support services, technology, and client services. This position is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with both internal capacity and client expectations. You will manage program launches, enhancements, and closeouts while maintaining stakeholder communication and risk mitigation strategies. The role provides remote work flexibility with occasional travel and allows you to make a measurable impact on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead new client program implementations and service expansions, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage program closeouts and product removals according to change requests.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead meetings including handoffs, kickoffs, status updates, hypercare, and transitions.
  • Maintain compliance with operating procedures (SOPs) during project execution.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, action plans, timelines, risk tracking, and issue logs using standardized templates.
  • Align workstream team members and stakeholders across pharmacy, operations, IT, compliance, and client services.
  • Utilize project management software to manage engagements and report implementation progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned, operational feedback, and client surveys.
  • Ensure strong client relationships and satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or process improvement roles.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale program implementations in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management practices.
  • Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • PMP Certification and pharmacy experience preferred.
