Construction Estimator

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing takeoffs based on drawings, managing RFPs, assembling estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings.
• Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses.
• Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy.
• Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
