Job Description

RemoteVA PH looking for a dedicated and professional Collections Agent to manage tenant relations, ensure timely payments, and support overall tenant satisfaction. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow and positive relationships with our residents.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain positive tenant relationships while ensuring payment obligations are met.

-Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts in a respectful and professional manner.

-Collaborate with tenants to resolve payment issues and offer solutions where appropriate.

-Record and track communication, payment arrangements, and account status accurately.

-Work closely with the property management and accounting team to meet collection goals.

-Ensure high collection rates and tenant satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements

🧠 Qualifications & Experience:

-Previous experience in collections, property management, or customer service preferred.

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism.

-Familiarity with Asana and AppFolio is a plus.

-Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
