Fundd is a modern, fully-remote finance broking firm with a 20-plus-strong team spread across WA, TAS, VIC & QLD. We’re big on flexibility, health, and shared adventure—yet serious about delivering great results in home loans, asset finance, personal lending, and commercial/development finance. We meet in person at least once a year for an end-of-year celebration and ongoing training keeps everyone sharp.

✨ Why This Role Rocks

  • Primary client contact: guide customers from enquiry to settlement
  • Blend of service & processing: partner closely with brokers to structure deals
  • Continuous variety: every lender and client has different rules—there’s always something new to learn
  • Career runway: step into broking later if that’s your goal

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience—answer queries, gather docs, manage expectations
  • Prepare and lodge applications (home, asset, personal, or business loans)
  • Liaise with lenders to push files to unconditional approval and settlement
  • Maintain CRM data and compliance check-lists
  • Spot process improvements and help refine our playbook

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in client services, loan processing, or mortgage broking
  • Confident, native-level English communication (phone & written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High self-discipline—you thrive in a remote set-up
  • Familiarity with Australian lender policies and NCCP / responsible-lending rules
  • Bonus points for experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, Salestrekker, or similar

(A finance/business degree is welcome but not essential.)

💸 Salary & Incentives

  • Base: $52,000 – $70,000 + Super
  • Quarterly bonus: up to 20 % of base for hitting submission targets
  • Self-introduced loans: earn 20 % of the upfront commission on any deals you bring in—no strings attached
