Chemistry Expert (PhD/ Master's) - AI Trainer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are seeking Chemistry PhD or Master’s students/professionals to contribute their expertise to a cutting-edge project with a leading AI lab. In this role, you will help create high-quality domain-specific data to support state-of-the-art large language models, tackling challenging problems that will shape the future of AI innovation.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Chemistry-related PhD or Master’s from a top university in the US or Canada,
  OR have worked full-time in a Chemistry-related field in the US or Canada for more than 1 year.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote and asynchronous setup.

Project Details:

• Start Date: September (rolling applications considered throughout).
• Commitment: 15–20 hours/week, with potential to extend up to 40+ hours.
• Duration: Minimum of 1–2 months.
• Work: Fully remote and asynchronous.

Compensation & Legal Status:

• Engagement as an hourly contractor.
• Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect.

Screening Process:

• Completion of an AI interview and a brief written assessment (20–30 minutes total).
• Applicants must be located in the US or Canada.
