CAD Artist - Home Textiles & Furnishings

RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled and creative CAD Artist with a strong background in textile design and home furnishings to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating CAD designs for home textiles such as beddings, sheets, curtains, and similar products, while ensuring designs can be effectively adapted to a range of colorways.

This role is pivotal in supporting our product development team by producing precise and visually appealing CAD designs that align with our brand's aesthetics and market requirements.

Responsibilities:

-Develop high-quality CAD designs for home textile products, including bedding, sheets, curtains, and related categories.

-Update and adapt product designs into multiple color variations to meet design specifications.

-Collaborate closely with the Home Furnishings Department to ensure designs align with project objectives and market trends.

-Maintain design integrity while ensuring designs are production-ready.

-Utilize tools like AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed and accurate renderings.

-Incorporate feedback from the design team and stakeholders to refine designs.

-Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in textile and home furnishing design.

Requirements:

-Experience in textile design or home furnishing industries, with a strong focus on CAD.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.

-Strong understanding of color theory and ability to create compelling multi-color variations.

-Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.

-Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

-Degree in Textile Design, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
