This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Readiness Program Manager in Latin America.

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead business readiness and change management initiatives for large-scale transformation projects. You will drive clarity and engagement across multiple business functions while ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems. The position requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, including data migration, stakeholder engagement, and communications. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate complex business goals into actionable plans, leveraging analytics, dashboards, and insights to monitor progress. Through event planning, internal marketing campaigns, and targeted communications, you will inspire and motivate teams to embrace change. Your work will directly influence the success of enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead business readiness planning, creating playbooks and detailed project plans with timelines, resource allocations, and KPIs.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including SaaS and SAP initiatives, ensuring adoption and change management.
  • Oversee enterprise data strategy, including governance, master data management, and data migration across cloud-based environments.
  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies, producing content for stakeholders and managing approval processes.
  • Plan and execute internal events and experiential learning activities to engage employees and support transformation objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement, sentiment, and feedback to continuously refine change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business readiness, program management, or project leadership within transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level data strategies, migration, and governance.
  • Strong skills in internal communications, storytelling, and content development for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in designing and executing internal marketing campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and remote stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using dashboards and metrics to track progress.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
