Duration: 6 Months | Full-Time Internship
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Eligibility: Final-year students graduating in 2025.

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with potential candidates, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to their career journeys. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging cold-calling campaigns to connect with aspiring tech professionals.
• Explore candidates’ skills and aspirations, making perfect matches between them and outstanding job opportunities.
• Communicate the exciting value of our roles and what makes Weekday AI a fantastic place to grow.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a supportive and positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate interactions.
• Provide updates and insights about your outreach efforts and candidate experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized multitaskers who pay attention to the details.
