Role Overview
We are hiring Full-Time Business Development Associates (BDA) who thrive on interaction, communication, and execution. This is a hybrid role combining candidate outreach with operational excellence. Ideal candidates are those who are not just comfortable on calls but are also able to manage backend recruitment processes with precision and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement & Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to connect with relevant talent.
- Engage with potential candidates across channels to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Present job opportunities in a compelling manner, tailored to candidate aspirations.
- Build lasting relationships to improve candidate trust and long-term engagement.
Operations & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to align talent pipelines with ongoing job requirements.
- Maintain and update internal databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets with candidate information.
- Track outreach performance, follow-up activities, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for smoother operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills; confident while making high-volume cold calls.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and candidate tracking tools.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
