This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring a brand’s visual identity to life across digital and marketing channels. As a Brand Designer, you will craft engaging, on-brand assets that resonate with customers and elevate the brand experience. Working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams, you will design high-quality content for emails, websites, social media, and display campaigns. The position emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail, while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. You will participate in campaign ideation, product launches, and creative brainstorms, contributing to a cohesive and impactful brand presence. This role is ideal for designers who are adaptable, innovative, and passionate about telling stories visually.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect creative for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to contribute to campaign ideation, product launches, and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Partner with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of messaging and visual design.
  • Maintain and apply the brand’s visual identity consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Create, resize, and optimize digital ads for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Troubleshoot and adapt design elements for execution across different media.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Introduce new design techniques, trends, and technologies to keep the brand visually fresh.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic or brand design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and marketing channels.
  • Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience with photo retouching, GIF creation, and basic animation.
  • Ability to tell stories visually, conveying brand personality and narrative through design.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting communication based on audience.
  • Nice-to-have: experience experimenting with AI design tools and staying informed on design trends.
