Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage invoice entry, filing, and general financial tasks using QuickBooks and the Logic tool. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments and enjoys maintaining clean, accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and file invoices with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks
  • Utilize Logic tool for invoice tracking, reporting, and workflow management
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and expense categorization
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports
  • Support audits and compliance documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks proficiency required)
  • Familiarity with Logic tool or similar financial workflow platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
