Mission:
We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join as a weekend technical support role. This role involves system monitoring, error identification, incident documentation, and timely escalation to the appropriate teams (during weekends from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m).

Responsibilities

• Monitoring backend services and APIs in production.
• Identifying errors or technical alerts in logs or monitoring dashboards.
• Escalating incidents based on criticality and established protocols.
• Executing validations or scripts under remote supervision or pre-established guidance.
• Recording incidents in shared documentation and asynchronous communication with the team.

• Basic knowledge of Node.js, Python, or another backend language.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Basic use of tools such as Postman, Git, and monitoring platforms (desirable).
• Ability to identify errors in logs and follow technical instructions.
• Real-time availability to cover both weekend days, during the established hours of 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Desirable

• Previous experience in platform support or monitoring (either academic or freelance).
• Basic knowledge of API structure and HTTP error handling.
• Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Kibana, etc.
• Proactive approach to providing clear evidence and traceability of the work performed."
