This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Audio-Visual Project Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will lead complex audio-visual and low-voltage projects from inception through completion, ensuring every solution meets high standards for quality, performance, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in delivering AV, network, and security solutions. Accountabilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle from presales through post-installation, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success.
  • Enforce quality assurance standards across all project phases and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Manage change control processes, securing approvals for project adjustments.
  • Coordinate and inspire internal teams and subcontractors/vendors to deliver results on time and on budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional projects and services.
  • Ensure contract compliance, accurate billing, and financial accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing large-scale AV projects ($2M–$5M+ per contract).
  • 3+ years managing projects under General Contractors.
  • Expertise in audiovisual integration, video conferencing, digital signage, paging, and sound masking.
  • Experience leading teams of Project Managers and Foremen on complex projects.
  • PMP certification required; AVIXA CTS, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, or other industry certifications a plus.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
