Associate Technical Product Manager (Remote - US)

You will maintain database performance, implement ELT pipelines, automate processes with Python, and build dashboards to support team efficiency. Accountabilities

• Maintain PostgreSQL performance, write and review queries, and troubleshoot database issues.
• Build Python scripts to automate data validation, cleaning, and movement.
• Design, implement, and maintain ELT pipelines using tools such as Airbyte or dbt.
• Develop internal tools and dashboards to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into clear tickets, documentation, and actionable tasks for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate AI helpers into workflows to save time and reduce errors.
• Improve reliability and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure (AWS) using Git and Docker.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with rapid analysis and summaries.
• Write and maintain concise, up-to-date technical documentation.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, leadership, and stakeholders as needed.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; IT or technical experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in a technical role such as software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or DevOps.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, including indexing and query tuning.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and data manipulation.
• Experience with ELT tools such as Airbyte or dbt.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have: familiarity with AWS, Git, Docker, startups, and exposure to project management practices.
