Associate Project Manager (Remote - US)

The Associate Project Manager will support and oversee the execution of technical and operational processes for clients, ensuring seamless integration of systems and high-quality delivery of data products. Working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate projects that directly influence fundraising strategies, political campaigns, and social-good initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work contributes directly to measurable impact and innovation.

Accountabilities

• Own and support client-facing processes, ensuring smooth execution and positive client experiences.
• Coordinate technological integrations, connecting client CRM databases and enterprise tools such as JIRA.
• Manage operations and delivery for a suite of data products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues with initiative and sound judgment.
• Support team efforts during high-volume periods, including nights and weekends when required.

• Passion for progressive, philanthropic, or social-impact initiatives.
• Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to design processes to minimize errors.
• Proactive approach, exercising initiative and good judgment to resolve issues independently.
• Nice-to-have: experience in nonprofits, political campaigns, direct marketing, data/analytics, or coding.
• Familiarity with machine learning or data-driven products is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple states, with flexibility as needed.
