This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine project management expertise with social impact initiatives. The Associate Project Manager will support and oversee the execution of technical and operational processes for clients, ensuring seamless integration of systems and high-quality delivery of data products. Working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate projects that directly influence fundraising strategies, political campaigns, and social-good initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work contributes directly to measurable impact and innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Own and support client-facing processes, ensuring smooth execution and positive client experiences.
  • Coordinate technological integrations, connecting client CRM databases and enterprise tools such as JIRA.
  • Manage operations and delivery for a suite of data products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues with initiative and sound judgment.
  • Support team efforts during high-volume periods, including nights and weekends when required.

Requirements

  • Passion for progressive, philanthropic, or social-impact initiatives.
  • Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to design processes to minimize errors.
  • Proactive approach, exercising initiative and good judgment to resolve issues independently.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in nonprofits, political campaigns, direct marketing, data/analytics, or coding.
  • Familiarity with machine learning or data-driven products is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely across multiple states, with flexibility as needed.
