Accountabilities

  • Support the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and produce detailed minutes.
  • Review and validate project deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, technical leads, and subject matter experts.
  • Maintain project documentation such as action items, issue logs, and risk logs.
  • Assist with status reporting, budget tracking, and invoice preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project-related roles such as assistant project manager, coordinator, analyst, or project controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and contributing positively to team success.
  • Preferred: familiarity with GIS or geospatial technology and experience with state or local government projects.
