This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager in the United States.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance enterprise applications that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions for institutional users. The position combines hands-on product management, technical program coordination, and stakeholder engagement, providing exposure to strategic initiatives across multiple departments. You will have the opportunity to influence tooling solutions that improve efficiency, security, and the overall customer onboarding experience. Accountabilities:
- Partner with internal teams to understand tooling requirements and translate them into actionable product solutions.
- Lead technical programs to enhance customer experience and scale operations for institutional clients.
- Define project plans, milestones, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance.
- Write technical PRDs, manage backlogs, and prioritize work items including new features, bug fixes, and technical debt.
- Develop frameworks to streamline operations and reduce ambiguity for stakeholders and peer PMs.
- Coordinate with multiple development teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Security, IT, and Engineering, to ensure accountability and project success.
- Analyze support data to identify improvement opportunities and become a subject matter expert in customer experience best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business applications development management, internal product management, or related roles.
- Experience with enterprise tooling delivery, including CRM, KMS, chatbots, or internal platforms (Salesforce and Amazon Connect preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to tackle complex and ambiguous technical challenges.
- Experience working within an Agile environment and using Jira.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Compliance programs related to expanding operations into new geographies.
- Experience managing data migration processes within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in business workflows.
