In this role, you will lead and manage a high-performing analytics and sales operations team, driving strategic and tactical initiatives to maximize revenue and customer engagement. You will oversee outbound and inbound activities, coach team members to elevate performance, and ensure that operational execution aligns with business objectives. The role combines hands-on involvement with strategic leadership, giving you the opportunity to directly impact business growth while optimizing workflows and leveraging AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine market positioning, drive data-driven decision-making, and implement scalable processes across multiple markets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments and enjoys translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the outbound sales and analytics team, ensuring consistent pipeline coverage and achievement of team quotas.
  • Provide coaching and development, training team members on prospecting, engagement, discovery, and deal management.
  • Actively engage in hands-on sales activities, including prospecting, outreach, and closing deals when necessary.
  • Implement structured sales workflows and project management, running sprint-style execution reviews to drive performance.
  • Refine messaging, optimize processes, and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
  • Support inbound lead conversion and ensure opportunities are captured efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align GTM strategy and shape market execution.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, data, or technology sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in outbound sales, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and building scalable playbooks.
  • Familiarity with the data, SaaS, or analytics domain is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results within short timeframes (3–6 months).
  • Strong sales leadership skills, with experience driving team quotas and scaling sales motions.
  • Comfortable with structured workflows, WBS, and building sales processes from the ground up.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRMs, dashboards, and AI-enabled sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
