We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support multiple initiatives and projects across departments. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently. You will contribute to planning, research, audits, and analytics, helping optimize operations and project delivery. The position offers a fully remote work environment with a flexible schedule, allowing you to gain experience in project management methodologies while directly impacting operational effectiveness and organizational growth.

Accountabilities:

·         Assist project managers and functional leads with day-to-day project activities.

·         Track, plan, and execute project tasks to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.

·         Coordinate and troubleshoot complex project issues, providing solutions to keep initiatives on track.

·         Prepare regular reports on project status, deliverables, and key issues.

·         Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement process improvements.

·         Support research, analysis, and presentation of findings to inform business decisions.

·         Contribute to the implementation of process improvement projects using established project management methodologies.

Requirements

·         Fluent written and spoken English.

·         At least 2 years of experience in project management or departmental support roles.

·         Relevant project management certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus.

·         Experience with Salesforce and Agile frameworks is advantageous.

·         Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·         Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships across teams.

·         Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets) or MS Office Suite.

·         Technologically savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
