This role offers a creative designer the opportunity to shape and support the visual identity of print publications across multiple platforms. Accountabilities

  • Assist design and editorial teams to evolve brand identity and execute consistent visual styles across print publications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose design direction, prepare briefs, and create brand-standard templates for page layouts and multi-platform channels.
  • Plan and support photo shoots, source and evaluate images, and ensure proper licensing and quality standards.
  • Execute layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and maintain design efficiency through templates, styles, and shortcuts.
  • Monitor and support publication processes including color correction, ad placement, prepress, and data merging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print materials and ensure timely delivery within budget and resource constraints.
  • Support training and mentoring of new team members or interns as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print publications.
  • Hands-on experience directing photo shoots, applying design concepts using color, typography, and layout.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Mac-based design workflows.
  • Basic understanding of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney.
  • Strong skills in creative concepting, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and diplomatic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a global, fast-paced team environment.
