This role offers the opportunity to lead the creative vision and execution of medical marketing initiatives within a fast-growing, globally-minded team. As Art Director, you will transform complex scientific and clinical information into visually compelling, educational materials that engage healthcare professionals. You will oversee the design of presentations, conference assets, and marketing collateral, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and regulatory compliance. This position empowers you to influence both the brand and creative processes, shaping the visual identity of medical communications. Accountabilities
· Lead the design and execution of medical marketing materials, including educational resources, scientific presentations, sales decks, and event collateral.
· Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, compliant, and high-quality creative output.
· Contribute to the evolution of the creative team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior designers, and aligning visual direction across departments.
· Refine creative workflows and contribute to the ongoing development of the brand’s visual identity.
· Ensure all materials accurately translate complex scientific content into accessible, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a designer with a portfolio showcasing visual communication expertise, particularly in healthcare, scientific, or regulated environments.
· Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, storytelling, and attention to detail.
· Skilled in translating complex medical or scientific concepts into accessible and engaging visuals.
· Ability to interpret feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect creative execution with strategic marketing and medical objectives.
· Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-site teams.
· Familiarity with design tools, software, and modern creative workflows.
