Job Description
RemoteVA PH is looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter with a strong background in drafting, rendering, and design development for both interior and exterior projects. This role requires 4+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in key architectural software tools.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
-Create accurate architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects
-Produce high-quality 3D renderings for design presentations
-Coordinate with team members to ensure design consistency and accuracy
-Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical documents
-Contribute to interior and exterior design planning and visualization
Requirements
🛠️ Required Tools & Proficiency
-Revit – Must be highly proficient in BIM modeling
-SketchUp – Strong modeling and design skills
-3ds Max – Advanced rendering capabilities
