Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a strong background in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing. This role requires proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software to create high-quality architectural designs and presentations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion
• Create detailed renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project specifications
• Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
• Excellent rendering and visualization skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
