📝 Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architect with proven experience in producing planning drawings, floor plans, elevation layouts, and sections for UK-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UK building codes and spatial optimization strategies, and be comfortable collaborating remotely with clients and design teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating proposed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Maximizing space efficiency while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity
• Communicating with UK-based clients via email and virtual meetings
• Ensuring compliance with UK planning regulations and standards
• Preparing technical documentation and visualizations for client presentations
• Collaborating with engineers and other consultants for integrated design solutions

🎯 Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural planning and elevation layout
• Demonstrated experience working with UK clients or firms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Vray)
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning policies, and space standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UK-based projects

Preferred:

• Master’s degree or licensure in Architecture
• Experience with BIM modeling and MEP coordination
• Familiarity with UK planning application processes
• Ability to produce 3D models and interior visualizations
