Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI-First Orchestration Engineer in the United States.

In this role, you will design, develop, and scale intelligent workflows that connect people, data, and systems across the organization. You will translate complex, manual processes into AI-driven, automated systems that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Leveraging tools such as n8n, Power Automate, and LangChain, you will integrate CRMs, data sources, and communication channels to create seamless, intelligent workflows. This is a hands-on role that combines technical skill, creative problem-solving, and strategic impact, giving you the opportunity to architect the systems that drive organizational productivity and insight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, deploy, and refine AI-powered solutions that accelerate decision-making and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

  • Build AI-first workflows to automate multi-step processes across CRM, messaging platforms, and data systems.
  • Orchestrate LLM-powered agents for research, summarization, outreach, and follow-up tasks.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to deliver relevant data in real time.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to maintain a unified system of insights.
  • Ensure persistent AI intelligence by capturing organizational knowledge, interactions, and key data signals.
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy MVP automations, iterating based on performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-friction workflows and translate needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, growth operations, sales operations, data engineering, or technical product roles.
  • Proficiency with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n and/or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with LangChain and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
  • Experience with Python and SQL for data handling and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys).
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for RAG workflows.
  • CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communicator, able to translate business requirements into technical workflows.
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bonus: experience in multi-channel orchestration (email, Slack, LinkedIn, SMS).
