Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative & IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks while providing first-level IT support to employees. This dual-role position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can manage office operations efficiently while troubleshooting IT issues.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and organizing files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
IT Support:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex issues to the IT team or external providers.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.
- Assist in maintaining data security and backup protocols.
- Support IT projects, such as software updates, system migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative roles and basic IT support.
- Strong knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and IT systems.
- Experience with Quick books, connect team, Excel, IT & network Knowledge
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and basic network administration.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- [Optional] Experience with IT support tools, help desk software, or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
