ABA Data Entry Specialist (CentralReach)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ABA Data Entry Specialist to support our clinical team by accurately entering behavioral data into the CentralReach platform. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely documentation for client progress and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter ABA session data into CentralReach with precision and consistency
• Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
• Stay updated on CentralReach features and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CentralReach, specifically in ABA data entry
• Familiarity with ABA terminology and treatment plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent written communication skills
• Prior experience in a behavioral health or ABA setting preferred
