ALTEN Mexico is looking for Program Manager (Propulsión) Advanced

General Activities:

• Definition of process to be implemented per region (database file)
• Coordination and management of all process network within the function
• Project development process mapping and roadmap animation within Project Management Office (PMO)
• Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders in NA region to understand project objectives and priorities.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

4-5 years

Soft skills:

• Self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in program management preferably working already in a propulsion group in automotive industry.
• Or experience in program management with at least knowledge in propulsion systems (Engines, EVs etc)
• PMP certification is a bonus
• VISA desirable
• Fluent in English
