We're now hiring an experienced VOIP Network Engineer to help build and maintain secure high-performing infrastructure.

If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, have strong experience in VoIP systems, and can troubleshoot networks like a pro, this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and monitor computer networks, hardware, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with routers, firewalls, switches, and VoIP infrastructure.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and secure data backups.
• Design and document network diagrams and system flows.
• Improve security by configuring and monitoring antivirus and firewall systems.
• Support network users and identify pain points across the system.
• Ensure systems stay optimized, accessible, and protected.
• Test, configure, and maintain WAPs, controllers, and other key devices.

• Experienced with VoIP platforms and network infrastructure.
• Confident in managing UNIX/Linux environments and cloud services (AWS is a big plus).
• Knowledgeable in LAN, WAN, and network security best practices.
• Comfortable working with wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and other key devices.
• Skilled in creating clear documentation and network diagrams.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (only resumes in English will be considered).
• Formally educated in IT or network engineering—though hands-on experience is just as valuable.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives independently and collaborates well in a remote team.
