Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide informative assistance regarding Eneco and Proximus services.
• Guide customers through their questions and concerns, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide comprehensive support and address client needs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.

• Fluency in Dutch or French (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM tools and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
